Day 6

Oh the love between sister and little brother!  I'm so glad Raleigh doesn't seem to be jealous (at least not yet) and wants to love on Garner every second!  I can't wait to watch these two grow up together!

Day 5

Well, I barely got a picture on the 5th.  Reason...my water broke before I got a picture and we had to head to the hospital.  This was an answered prayer as I had been ready all day long!  Raleigh was very concerned about me and held my hand while my IV was put in.  She's so motherly at such a young age!

Day 4

Time to go pick Scott up from the airport!  Even though you love Scott you wanted to know if Vivian would be with him.  Not much longer until they'll be back in the states for good!

38 weeks and making progress!

Another check up and another week along.  I can't believe that we're two weeks away from the due date, but I'm hoping he comes this week so my brother can meet him!  I went to the doctor today for a check and am 3 cm dilated and 90% effaced.  She was going to strip my membranes, but I got nervous when she said that and told her not to.  As much as I want him to be here I wasn't ready for him to come today!  After she checked him we listened to his heart rate and it was around 170 bpm which was high for him so I asked her about it. She decided to do a non-stress test just to make sure there were no other concerns.  When we hooked him up he was fine, just a little active!  :)  Hope to meet him soon!

Day 3

We bought you some footy pajamas and I love them on you!  It reminds me of when you were little and makes me want to snuggle with you!  Of course I feel that you are warmer too on the cold nights!

Day 2

Daddy was home with you today and mommy got home early from work.  We thought it would be a good idea to watch the UGA vs. Michigan State bowl game.  You were so cute dressed as Mulan and cheering for the dawgs.  Too bad they ended up losing in overtime.  :(

Goals...Day 1

Last year I started following a photographers blog and she was doing a 365 project, so every day she posted a picture of her little boy.  The pictures were always in black and white.  I loved the idea so I thought that this year would be perfect to start doing the same.

Day 1:  New Year's Day and a Sunday.  Raleigh wanted to nap on the couch again (as she has wanted to do every day since she slept on the couch Christmas, but we told her it was for special days or Sundays when we might be napping as well).  I just couldn't resist capturing her sleeping.  Why are children so peaceful when they sleep?  I love it!
