We thought that since it's warm enough we'd put some water in the little pool and let Garner play. Well, it ended up being Raleigh that enjoyed it the most. Garner was not a fan of the cold water and preferred to stand outside and splash. He's also going to need to retire this swimsuit...they're a little small. :)

Memorial Day Parade
Once again we headed to the Memorial Day Parade. We met Raleigh's friend Ivy there and the Suttons. The girls had fun getting as much candy as possible and looking at all the floats. I think their favorite might have been seeing their friends from Child's World. :)

Mommy, Let me out!!
Garner loves the outdoors. I can't open the door without him thinking he's going out. Before he was even dressed he wanted his shoes on and to go out. Finally we did get dressed so he could play outside. Raleigh pretended like she was already at the beach and I think she may be in need of a bigger chair. :)

Play-doh
One thing I don't like letting Raleigh play with is play-doh. Well, she loves it and I let her play with it which meant Garner wanted to play too. I survived and so did the floor...barely! :)

First Ballet Recital
Raleigh had her very first ballet recital. The title of it was Miss Personality 2013 and focused on the fruits of the Spirit. She had rehearsal on Saturday and her recital was Sunday night. I had volunteered to be a backstage mom and help keep the girls occupied while they waited. I'm so glad I did! The recital was about 3 hours long and it went by really quickly being with all the girls. It was also nice because Jason could stand outside with Garner and let him run around and then I could text him before Raleigh's turn. Raleigh did an excellent job and really loved ballet, her teacher, Mrs. Sarah, and performing! The only downside to the day...the recital started around supper time and we didn't get out until almost 10:00. The only place to go...McDonald's and then Garner got sick. :(
Rehearsal Day
Raleigh is of course the tallest in her class and her costume was a little bit on the small side. Her skirt isn't quite long enough. :)
Recital Day!
All the girls played very nicely together!
