Ice Cream, Ice Cream!

We took a family visit to Scoops in Dacula for some yummy ice cream! Raleigh got her own, ate every bit of it, and then continued to eat mine as well! What can I say...the girl LOVES ice cream!

Great Company on a Saturday Night!

Well it's been a week since several couples from our Sunday School class had a wonderful evening enjoying the Falcons preseason game against the San Diego Chargers. We all went to support our friend Ben Hartsock...sporting shirts displaying his number. What a fun time we had! Go Falcons...

Unfortunately the Falcons cut Ben from the roster on Tuesday. Thankfully he was quickly picked up by the New York Jets! This is great for Ben, Amy, Whitney, and Lindsey, but it is sad for all of us here as they will be greatly missed during football season. Needless to say the Falcons will not be getting our support this year. GO JETS!!

Tractor Party!!!!

My good friend Jenny's little boy Weston was having his 2nd birthday party and it was a tractor party!! Raleigh didn't really understand what she was going to, but she kept saying "tractor party." I think she thought she was going to ride the tractor with Papa. Jenny (the wonderful party planner that she is) had the kids bob for apples, play in deer corn, and have a hay ride behind the tractor. Raleigh didn't get into the deer corn or bobbing for apples, but she was all about the tractor ride. Jenny even had little stools for the kids to sit on in the hay. We put Raleigh up there and she didn't move! She loved it (the ride and getting to sit next to Nolan, Jenny & Shawn's third child) and actually didn't want to get off. We had a wonderful time at the party and an exhausted little girl when we left!

Computer Time!!

I was working on the computer one night before Raleigh went to bed. I needed to do something so I left the computer open and sitting on the couch. A few minutes later Raleigh is up on the couch and this is what we see...

Play Date with Lillian

I was very blessed to be pregnant at the same time as two of my great friends from growing up. God really did know the perfect time! Crystal's little girl Lillian was born 10 days after Raleigh. We recently got together at the Mall of Georgia for a play date and Mommy time! We started out at the kids play area, but they weren't too interested in playing so we went shopping...I needed a birthday gift and Crystal is the queen of bargains so it was perfect. Raleigh and Lillian had so much fun watching the TV in Crazy 8 and then loved all the toys that they saw in the Disney Store. Two cutie pies!!!
