Fort Yargo Field Trip

I got to go with Raleigh on her field trip to Fort Yargo which was a lot of fun. I didn't realize they had as much as they did.  It was neat to see the way the pioneers of Georgia lived.  I think the kids enjoyed it too.

Little Acres Farm Visit

Little Acres Farm brought their horses to Child's World for Garner's first "field trip."  Garner got to learn how to groom, feed, and ride a horse. He was so cute in his cowboy hat and he made sure he told me that he wanted to ride the big horse (Coca-Cola).  I have to say I was proud of how well he listened and sat to wait his turn.  I love being able to go and watch him enjoy these little activities!

Jaemor Farms

Raleigh had her field trip to Jaemor Farms today and I am so thankful that I was able to go.  They had a great time!  After eating lunch they were able to pick a pumpkin, ride on a "hay" ride, see a bee hive, look for worms in a compost pile, make their way through the corn maze, race ducks, and slide down a big slide.  The class did great and it was fun watching all of them.  I think they all had so much fun and will probably all sleep well...after trick or treating at least.  :)

Aurora Theater

Raleigh had a field trip to the Aurora Theater to see The Cat in the Hat!  It was a really cute play!
